London

Yes, you're right, this is not London, but a Dutch beach at the second day of Christmas. My parents (the two on the left) and I, biked there for a little walk. Guess more people had that idea in mind...

Just a nice street in London, which I found when I was walking around early morning, (my bus arrived at 6 am).

Changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace (which is behind me).

Veerle, calling 'our' Spanish friends, so we would have a free place to sleep.

Big Ben, Westminster Hall and the Houses of Parliament.

It is just a huge crack in the floor, but because we're in a museum of modern art, we're going to have a véry good look at it...

More modern art outside, with St. Pauls Cathedral at the other side of the Thames.

Weird street artist; blasting a plastic glove with his nose, wearing a quilt, balancing on a stepladder.

The tower of London.

Tower Bridge.

Jewel Tower, at Westminster Abbey.

Museum of Natural History. Entrance for free, year-round, and wáy too busy for me.
Veerle and I walked around in the streets of London, and in its parks, for three days, after we found eachother Friday morning. I travelled by bus (20.15-06.00), from The Hague, passing Rotterdam, Breda and Antwerpen, to Calais (France). From there one and a half hour on the boat to Dover and some more hours to London. All breaks, stops and costums checks, and of course the bus in itself, caused two nights of just 2 hours sleep.
We got our rest at the appartment of three Spanish guys, complete with hot shower, bed, dvd-player and oven (for our pizza's)!
