Just a shot.
New York Public Library.
One of those places in New York, which is being photographed so many times, that you wonder if it never wears out?
Yep. Last Sunday, Irene and me, took a (Chinese) bus to Philadelphia. We were there for only a couple of hours, and mostly for a birthday party of one of his friends.
City hall of Philadelphia.
Philadelphia.
New York was experiencing some dissapointing weather last week. But today was warm and sunny again! And after so many wonderful spring days, I wasn't even thinking about complaining anyway...
'Make music, no war!' (as I red on a t-shirt today)
As you can see, I visited the UN-building last week.
Plus, I discovered the source of all those choppers.
Bronx Zoo. Almost too big to visit in one day. But I did, last Thursday. Lots of natural habitat. Animals not just eating what they get fed, but also what they can find around them.
Haha. He was sound asleep, but it can't be comfortable...
Went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art the whole, cold, and misty, Friday. Pfff. What a thing, that building was so big, that it was exercise in itself, to walk all around. They had art from all over this planet Earth. From each continent, and more. The finest, and best preserved. And a lot, many pieces of art. And not just a couple of rooms with paintings or something. But around 60, or maybe 100, with just European paintings. Seriously, I had to pull myself together sometimes, and force myself to stay in. It was just too much for one person in one day. I ended up wondering why people do look at art, and create musea, anyway...
